Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my card's URL?

Card URLs (slugs) are set when you create the card and cannot be changed later to preserve link integrity. If you need a different URL, you can create a new card and use the "Card Redirect" feature to forward visitors from the old card to the new one.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes! Business plan customers can configure custom domains in Company Settings. Contact support for DNS configuration assistance.

How many cards can I create?

Free plan: 3 cards
Pro plan: 10 cards
Business plan: Unlimited cards

What's the difference between Public, Private, and Unlisted?

Public: Card is accessible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines
Unlisted: Card is accessible to anyone with the link, but not indexed by search engines
Private: Card is only visible to you when logged in (not accessible publicly)

How do I approve team member cards?

1. Enable "Require Card Approval" in Company Settings
2. When team members create cards, they'll be marked as "Pending"
3. You'll see a notification badge on the Approvals menu item
4. Go to Approvals page to review, preview, approve, or reject cards
5. The page auto-refreshes every 10 seconds for new submissions

Can I embed videos from platforms other than YouTube?

Currently, only YouTube videos are supported for video embeds due to security and reliability. For audio, you can use any publicly accessible MP3, WAV, or audio file URL.
